National Committee to Defend of Julian Assange and Civil Liberties and the Courage Foundation

Since first encountering the work of Wikileaks and interviewing Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London for ‘Architects of Denial’ in 2016, Videocratic Media EP Robert Corsini has considered Assange to be a journalist and publisher rather than a  ‘whistleblower’.

Since 2019 Videocratic Media working with the online publication LA Progressive and other local Southern California peace activists and intellectuals, have played an active role in the defense of Julian Assange — producing content for several events (pre-COVID) and webinar videos that frame the fundamental issue of Assange’s ongoing persecution, as an affront to freedom of the press that threatens journalism worldwide.

Warriors of the Heart: Peacemakers in the Holy Land

Beginning in 2017, Videocratic Media and Robert Corsini began partnering with musician, composer and social justice activist Stephen L. Fiske to produce grassroots stories of peacemakers in Israel and Palestine.

After multiple journeys to the Middle East, they founded the Jerusalem Prayer Project, and together they have assembled an impressive array of voices from the region discussing peace and reconciliation among the people most affected by the conflict.  Their first documentary project, ‘Warriors of the Heart: Peacemakers in the Holy Land’, is intended to showcase these inspiring voices of reason in a troubled land.

Hollenbeck Youth Center: 50th Anniversary Special

Videocratic Media Executive Producer Robert Corsini has worked with Hollenbeck Youth Center President Daniel Hernandez for nearly twenty years, producing a promotional video for their community programs and flagship brand,  Inner City Games.

Videocratic Media has been documenting the highly revered non-profit’s five decades of service to the communities of East Los Angles and Boyle Heights.  Especially significant has been its role in developing grassroots solutions to foster healthy law enforcement and community relations across southern California.

Videocratic Media in conjunction with Associated Television International produced two major human rights documentaries, ‘Architects of Denial’ & ‘Hate Among Us’ both released theatrically and now in worldwide distribution.
The former took a deep dive into the history of Armenian genocide denial and the latter, focused on resurgent, global anti-Semitism.  For over four years VCM Executive Producer Robert Corsini toured many of the globe’s hotspots for anti-Semitism, islamophobia and war — Israel, Palestine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, the UK, France, Germany, Turkey and here in the US, Charlottesville, Washington DC, New York and Los Angeles.
